It's hard to beat a price of $1 per disc. This assortment is going to last me a long time since I tend to use these for finer polishing long after they have worn down a little and lost some of their grinding ability.Flaps discs are my favorites for sanding and light grinding. The flexibility make them less likely to bounce or chatter and as long as you ease into sharp corners and edges the flaps will retain abrasive for a long time. You can't beat these for rust removal and polishing (unless you have one those fancy rust-removing lasers).This appears to be an excellent value variety pack. Recommended.

These are well made and work as I expected. These are a great value and do everything I need them to. I use them to touch up the edges on my riding lawn mowers. They work well and are seeming to last as long as expensive ones.

The 40 Grit Flap Discs 4 1/2 for Angle Grinder look durable and heavy duty and they are but that's not the best part, they really clean steel fast! I have an old wrought iron railing that has multiple coats of paint and was proving to be very difficult to clean down to the bare metal. The flap disc on my angle grinder made short work of the many layers in my test area. It works best on flat surfaces and cleans in a hurry. I had to be careful of small places the flaps could get stuck, but adjusting the angle of the grinder eliminated that issue. After testing, I inspected the disc and could see no visible wear on the sanded surfaces or the flaps. I'm excited to get to work on the rest of the railing, so far these flap discs are doing a real good job.
