Bought these for our trip to Canada and of course forgot to take them when we went under the falls and that. I will say my son does use this if he's taking a bath and they work very well. Basically there's a "ziplock" type closure you squeeze closed and the black piece clamps over it. If you go on vacation near any mist, waterfalls, etc, you go on a hike and pack one for just in case (they barely take up any room), you go to a splash park, swimming, etc these would be nice to have as a backup to keep your phone safe. Now have I tried dropping it in water with my phone to see if it holds I can't say I have being If it doesn't I can't afford to purchase a new phone so if you try it I'd say seal the case without your phone and submerge it in water for a little to see if any water gets in or not and if you do use it definitely check you sealed the ziplock part completely closed otherwise you will have a soaking wet phone

My friend and I use these when we go kayaking. They are comfy, fit our phones and keys, and they don’t let a single drop of water in. I have submerged these things in water for long period of time with precious valuables in them, and they were dry as a bone. I like the extra protection seals on them — finishing off with a velcro close. These are super reliable. ALTHOUGH, if you’re looking to pack away more valuables other than a phone and a set of keys, I would suggest getting something bigger. That’s the most I can fit in mine without it becoming harder to close and uncomfortable around the waist.

Excelente, lo utilice para ir a cascadas agua etc puse mi cartera tarjetas llaves telefono en ella y todo super bien no le entro agua, son resistentes

WAIST POUCH- PERFECT.PHONE CASE- Seems pretty good, fits an iPhone 7 with a bulky case, touch screen works through it, fingerprint will not, which is standard for pouches.BAGS- Seems great quality. Inside pocket is CONVENIENT! It doesn’t reach to the bottom, so that item would not rest on bottom of the bag or bang on the ground when you stand it up. Seems great for a tablet. (For comparison, I have Marchway bags and these are just as good.)STRAPS- I know I will be returning, so I didn’t try.WATERPROOF LEVEL- Did not test, but again, seem to be like most bags, I see no reason why it would not perform.CONS- (if you’re VERY picky) Id say the phone case. If phone pouch had ziploc AND clamp, would be PERFECT.RETURN REASON- I bought an UNRELATED hiking backpack doesn’t fit me. I’ve decided to combine my pack and dry bag and invest in a combo instead of separate bags. Had that not been the case I would have kept this set anyway and just bought a different phone pouch. MORE THAN worth the price.
