Neatly packaged, arrived fast . Easy installation! Takes the inflammation away! Fits perfect. Soft durable fabric! Easy on the skin and has great durability! Works like charm and hardly can notice it looks like a blanket

I am very interested and grounding and was hoping that this product would actually work and be legitimate. Look closely at the photos.In the first photo you can see that the mat is not plugged into any electrical source but the pen that came with the mat still lights up when I touch it (supposedly meaning that the mat is working). This is questionable because if it works without the power source, why would I need to keep it plugged in?In the 2nd photo you can see that the mat IS plugged in and the pen is again lighting up suggesting that the mat is working.. so it works plugged in and unplugged in.. hmm, questionable..In the 3rd photo you can see me using the pen on my regular bed sheet and it is not lighting up.. I also tried to use it on the opposite side under the mat and it did light up..My final thought would be that the pen is programmed to light up when it touches the material whether it is working or not to make you think it is working. However, I will update after using it consistently. Its easy to use and set up. The material seems like it could cause some night sweating but i will update. It did fit my king size bed.

I've heard all kinds of good things about grounding mats, and sleeping on them helps with inflammation and pain. But I slept on this for a month and I didn't notice anything different.This grounding mat is made very well, and is good quality material. But I'm not sure that it worked for me at all, because when I decided to remove it from my bed, again I noticed no change.So maybe grounding isn't for me.But the material itself is good quality and stands up to daily/nightly use with no compromise in stitching or wear of the sheet.

Well, who knew!? My husband had suggested I get this mat since I have trouble sleeping at night. I'll preface this by saying I have had this issue my entire life. I tend to get anywhere from 3-5 hours of sleep each night (at most). I've been to doctors, tried melatonin, sleep aids, etc. Nothing works.I got this mat with very little expectation of it working. Night 1...no difference. Night 2....4 hours solid sleep. Night 3...5 hours solid sleep. Since then, ai have had much more restful sleep. Maybe not 8 hours, or anywhere close to it, but the sleep I do get, is solid.I've now had this mat for around 2 months now, wanted to make sure I've given it a good trial period.I am impressed. I have remained having restful, solid, sleep each night. I would recommend this to anyone who is at their wit's end. Will it absolutely solve your restless nights? I don't know. Should you put all your eggs in this basket? Probably not. BUT...does this make a difference? Yes. Do I genuinely notice a difference? Yes. Is it foolproof and perfect? Nah, but people with sleep problems know far too well that nothing is. But this may help.You need to have a plug near your bed as the cord is not super long, maybe 4' from mat to plug. Just FYI.Hope this helps!!
