All was good until one of the batteries that came with the pack stopped working after 1 use. I tried charging it in the case and in the camera, but nothing solved the issue. The case recognizes it and shows a green light representing a full charge but the camera doesn’t see the battery and power on.The case itself is decent. A little cheap but that’s what you get at this price point.

Like everyone else who is considering this product, we all want backup batteries and Insta360 is proud of theirs. Both batteries fit into my X4 no problem. They lock easily and come out just like the battery that came with the camera and seem to hold their charge. The charger has LEDs that tell you that the case is charging and goes solid green on each battery when it is full.Now for the reasons for 4 stars instead of 5. When I plug in the case, the USB C cord does not want to stay connected to the case. It is not like it falls out or anything, I just have to make sure I don't move or bump the case while charging. If I don't move it around, it works perfectly.The second reason for the star deduction is that my X4 runs hotter with one of the batteries. Not dangerously hot, but I can feel my camera get warm. it doesn't do that with the other battery or the battery that came with my camera, only this one. I have set that one aside so that I don't have to worry about the warm camera with that battery. I plan to try and clean the battery connections to see if that helps but wanted to note my observation.I do like the batteries and charger but if you get this one, make sure that you test it out when you get it to make sure that everything works properly. Amazon has a great return policy and you want to make sure that your product is right. This is a good deal and this would be worth the price if there are no issues.

Funciona pero detecta que la batería no es original. Aun tengo que ver si la duración de esta batería vs la original es distinta

This is a great accessory for the X4. With two additional batteries the camera will last for a very long time and thanks to the charging case they are very convenient to carry around. The batteries fit the camera well and the charging case takes USB-C which makes it more convenient to charge as these cables are everywhere now.

This battery case is the perfect size for me. I can put this in any pocket or in my sling bag that i typically carry my X4 in. It holds 2 extra batteries and micro sd cards, so that you can capture a full day of shooting. The case also doubles as a charger. I can keep all my batteries topped off and ready to go, just by carrying a power bank. This is the perfect travel battery case.
