I realize that my review might not help anyone else out because everybody has a different body size and shape. But this tankini swimsuit fits my wife REALLY well. One thing I’ll say, right up front, I’m really surprised that the size LARGE fits her so nicely, because she normally wears a medium. She’s a very modest woman, so the high front covers up her chest nicely. One of the things my wife was worried about was that the top might be difficult to take off once it got wet. That has not proven to be a problem. We ordered the black with the pink flowers and it’s a very attractive material. The suit seems to be made well. It has the built in bra pads, which my wife isn’t too crazy about because they are removable. So far the pads haven’t been a problem, but there is always the possibility they could come out during the wash or move around inside their little pockets. She’s just not a fan of removable pads. As I said, so far, not a problem. It’s just something to be aware of.The tankini top is lined, so there’s no issue with it being too thin.It looks nice on her and she likes the way it feels as well. We’re very pleased with it!

I considered setting this thing on fire & posting the video as my review but decided releasing toxic fumes probably wasn’t necessary to get my point across.I think the best place to start is by saying that I quite honestly doubt the item I received is the same suit as the one pictured. Sure, it’s a black bathing suit with a high neck but that’s where the similarities begin and end.I tried taking some photos to show the issues with the suit yet I’m not sure they captured them well but there is absolutely zero chance I’m putting this thing back on and taking photos in it.To start, the arm holes. I have no idea what is going on with the arm holes but they’re HUGE. Huge as in 1/2 my breast is exposed plus several ribs below my armpit “huge.” There’s also very little elastic so the arm holes drape open and hang. If I went into the water with this suit my breasts would immediately float out the arm holes. And no, wearing a bra underneath wouldn’t help. I tried. The majority of my bra was exposedThen there’s the issue of the suit’s “built in bra” which is located approximately at belly button height. I tried getting a photo of that. If you look closely you can see the mounds the padded inserts make. I’m just baffled. I know shelf bras aren’t particularly supportive but they should at least be located in the correct area.I never even bothered trying on the bottoms. I was traumatized enough as it was.

The Aqua Eve High Neck Tankini Swim Suit is almost five stars for me. I'm right between the XL and XXL on their size chart, and since I don't like skintight clothing I went with the larger size. It fits well; however, I find no tummy control in the bottoms and a half-high neck (it definitely comes below my clavicle). I like the fuchsia and white flower design quite a bit, and the material and stitching seem first rate. There's moderate support for the girls. I'm short and short-waisted so the top covers the bottoms almost completely. On someone a few inches taller this would be a full five stars.

This is a really nice two piece bathing suit. The material is very substantial, it is a good weight. I won't say the material is thick because I don't want you to think it was restrictive or uncomfortable, but it is thick enough so it doesn't easily show any bumps or rolls. The material feels a lot like shapewear to me, and it gives a flattering look in the midsection because of the way the top is cut. Also, the top has removable push up pads, so there is plenty of support if you need it. They are easy to fold in half and scoot through the cutout towards the bottom of the bra cup area, so you can remove them before putting the suit in the wash. I would say if you are looking for a bathing suit that has a lot of coverage and is not flashy at all, this tankini would be worth checking out. Recommended..

I bought this initially for the top as I wanted a top with a bra insert for a trip so I could leave the bra at home. This works! It's so comfortable to wear, and perfect for layering. I ordered a small and it fits according to size (I'm 124 lbs and bust measures 32"), and it looks great! The material quality is good and the bra part isn't overdone or bulky like most swimsuits. I also appreciate the adequate coverage of the bottom half.
