Return policy is 30 days from receiving? This is a heating pad for my bed. We purchased two. One seems to be working fine, the other one quit the 4th time it was turned on. Received September 11, today is October 27th. Think about it! This was purchased to be used on cold nites when going to bed. We have had a beautiful fall with summer like temps....didn't need to turn it on. We feel the "30 day" return should be considered changing on this type of item. Can't find anywhere on Amazon how to bring this to their attention!! If the second one stops working (like other reviews have pointed out) we will be truly upset.UPDATE!! November 5, received phone call from manufacturer. Seems the 30 day warranty is Amazon's, & after that the manufacturer kicks in. They will replace this product, but because of Twin XL not available in Canada, it will be shipped out of USA. Very delayed shipping time, but at least they will replace it. Thank You!

So I had this item for 2 years and it stopped working. Contacted Canadian customer service and they were fantastic. They sent me a replacement right away without any hassles. It only took a week to get it👍👍👍We love these mattress pads and have 2.

We love these heated mattress pads. We purchased two twin xl for our King Split adjustable bed. They work wonderfully and keep us warm and comfy all night. The pre-heat feature is great and quickly warms up the bed. Very satisfied.
