The balloon had a large tear in bottom and a small piece of string attached to tie on location proving it had been a previously inflated foil balloon.

I got this for my niece’s college graduation party (college mascot = longhorns). It was excellent quality and made a great centerpiece. We blew it up using our mouths and a drinking draw…very easy. She liked it so much that she took it home to hang in her apartment.

Orded it for a tailgate themed party. Only dislike was no instructions came so I had trouble putting the stick inside so I got string and placed it in the hole where I thought I was supposed to go and as soon as I got outside it flew up in the air!! Idk if I'll buy again
