Bought this for my work as a respiratory therapist, love it because I can keep my trauma shears, gauze pads, etc organized and out of my pockets so I don’t walk around looking like a kangaroo!

There's no doubt that a drop leg bag offers utility and comfort beyond most standard hip bags, but they also stand out more (for better or worse). The quality of this Tenuen bag isn't bad considering the price ($25.99 at the time of this review). The materials are OK, but no anything that would rival higher end brands. One reviewer mentioned that this bag uses Cordura fabric, which I don't think is correct. It has oxford cloth similar to what some Cordura fabric looks like, but the quality isn't Cordura. The inner lining is thin, and does not appear to be a true rip stop fabric. It's also black, which makes it harder to find items inside the pockets. The front pocket has this mesh material, which would have been nice if it were a pocket, but it's not. The pocket is behind the mesh. There are no loops on the side of the bag, which means you can't place a flashlight or multitool on the outside, which is a shame. There are essentially three pockets: the main (largest) pocket, the middle (medium) pocket, and the smaller one behind the mesh I described. There are no hidden pockets on the back side, which would have been nice to see.You can adjust the strap that goes around your waist as well as the leg strap. A word of warning, if you are thin, the waist band may not get tight enough. The leg strap can be removed if you don't like/need it.You can wear this bag as a drop leg bag, or swing it around to your backside if you prefer. When in the drop leg position, I don't find that it interferes with sitting or general activities, which is really nice.Overall, it's not a bad bag. You do lose some functionality and quality when compared to higher-tier products, but you're also only paying a fraction of the price for this.

This is a holster style bag that slings to the side and can attach to your upper thigh for additional support. The bag is made of durable Cordura material, which makes it tough yet pliable for adapting to numerous items. The waist belt is adjustable and easy to wear. I like the pockets as they provide plenty of space for numerous items such as your phone, a digital camera, go pro and other accessories.
