the display screen reads incorrectly. It defaults to a 1/2 of a zero and a full zero. The half covers up all other numbers and cannot be read.

The product itself works well but for the price I paid I didn't expect to receive it in a box that was well worn and when it was unpacked the product was covered in dust. Perhaps sitting on a shelf for an extended period of time? Perhaps used and repackaged? I'm unsure but it certainly wasn't brand new.
