Los discos cumplen de buena forma... Para empezar podrían dudar en comprarlos por el tamaño, que según la información son más grandes que el estándar de la IWF/IPF (450mm) pero de hecho, su diámetro SI MIDE ESO (450mm). Pongo unas fotos junto a unos Ironside para corroborar.Para el gym bro casual van execelentes lo único tal vez negativo, es eso que señalan otras reseñas sobre el aceite que tienen y el olor que desprenden, pero con bastantes sanitas se les quitaSi son Powerlifters, también podrían servirles, ya que son bastantes delgados para ser bumpers y como ya mencioné si cumplen con el diámetro estándarPara Halteristas y Crossfiters... Van bien si tienen plataforma para levantamientos, no son apropiados para dejar caer sobre concreto e incluso suelo con caucho, tiene muy poco rebote y la info no lo menciona pero su escala shore debe ser alta, como 90 tal vez y si los usan fuera de una plataforma el collar central se pude aflojar

These get the job done. Plates were 34.6 and 34.8 pounds, which for rubber plates is fairly good. However, these plates do have a smell and are covered in oil. It took 3 washes with dish soap to get rid of most of the oil and make these plates usable. Compared to other 35 lb plates, these are a pretty good deal and I will definetely buy more from CAP.

Overall these are really good weight plates for the price and we bought two sets of each weight. The price for rubber weights is really good. There are however, 2 issues that you should be aware of when buying these, and neither are deal breakers.First: if you are buying the 25 or 35lb weights, just be aware that there are no holes in these weights that allow you to grab and carry these one handed, which is a bit annoying because you have a very small lip that you can grab onto, but if you're tired from lifting, it is possible/probable that you could drop these, so just be aware. Not an issue for us because we are really just lifting from a holder peg to our smith machine a foot away, but it is a bit annoying.Second: When you first get these, they are COVERED in oil and that has to be washed off. First, because it smells and second, they are very slippery which exacerbates the issue I outlined above with very little grip space. So when you receive these, take them directly to the kitchen, run hot water and apply a LOT of Dawn dishwashing soap to a scrubbing pad and go to town to remove all the oil that is coating these plates. I think they are packed with an oil on them so that they fare better while stored in a warehouse, but you don't want that in your gym. Also they are filthy when they arrive, so cleaning them really well just makes sense.So if those aren't deal breakers for you then I can highly recommend.

Me gusta que pesan lo que dicen o poquito mas. La calidad parece bastante buena. Definitivamente valen la pena, sobre todo al precio que los vende Amazon.

Love these for getting my deadlift form nailed down while using lighter weight. Actually ordered the 10lbs but the 15lbs came instead - both the order and the box on the outside said 10lbs but the weights inside were 15lbs. Thankfully 15lbs was the perfect amount of weight to start so I didn't have to return them. I did have to wipe them down when I got them, and leave them outside for like a week because they smelled like a rubber factory, but other than that, great weights.

The CAP Barbell Rubber Olympic Bumper Plate is fantastic! These plates are built to last—solid, durable, and designed to withstand heavy use. The rubber coating helps protect both the plates and my floor, making them perfect for home gyms. They fit securely on the barbell, and the grip is excellent, even during intense lifts. These plates are just fine for the job. They are not tossed or dropped violently. So, if they are even medium quality they should last. Too oily, still can't clean them up.
