For 25 bucks I was honestly expecting see-through material and a clasp that broke in shipping, but was pleasantly surprised! Fabric is a good texture and decent thickness. It wont keep you warm in winter but it may break the wind and will definitely look good with any costume without feeling too cheap.

There are two different types of material. One on the inside isn't as soft but more durable, and the other on the outside is smooth and velvety. It fits well to the size it says, and this is more for over clothes. It is excellent for cosplay or just on a chilly day. It comes in six different colors. It also has a bullhorn buckle. It definitely shields you from the wind. The hood fits slightly loose, like in the pictures. Nice.
