I got this as a replacement for the charger for my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 less than a month ago. I thought this was a very reasonable price, but now I see that you get what you pay for. The USB port has never charged anything since I took this out of the box. I was willing to live with that, as long as it could charge the Surface. But this week, not even that is working. I plug it into the Surface, the light on the plug doesn't light up, and the surface doesn't draw power. I've tried different plug-ins, I've tried changing the alignment of the cable, nothing. It just stopped working. I want to get my money back or get a working replacement, but so far the Return or Refund steps haven't allowed me past the suggested troubleshooting steps. If anyone else got this and it works for you, great. I'm not happy, and I'm having to resort to using an old charger for my Surface that has a short in the cable and gets hot.

I purchased this laptop charger as a replacement for my work issued laptop. It was compatible, easy to use, it has a strong magnet and provides a fast charge! It has a Velcro strip for easy assembly, and storage. Highly recommend purchasing!

My husband needed a new charger really fast! His old charger just quit and he needs to use his device for work and college. The charger arrived the next day and he didn't loose time with waiting on shipping from the OEM.
