I'm so happy with my bike!! I love everything about it. It's not big and bulky, easily can be moved around with rollers on the front. It's the quietest bike I've ever seen! If someone is sleeping, no problem! I loved how it came in the box. All the nuts, screws, washers etc., came already assembled in their correct places, all I had to do was unscrew them, lay the part in and screw them back in. I didn't have to look for the right one to use, they didn't come all together in a little clear bag. It came with all the tools that you will need, I didn't have to go raid the tool box. The assembly was easy and fast, my sister owns the very same bike and she helped me put it together. My bike came in the afternoon and we had it together and I was riding it about an hour later, it was great! I looked up what my heart rate should be for a beginner using a stationary bike and I plan to start at the beginning. Currently, I am riding for 15 mins. twice a day, and will work my way up slowly so as not to get discouraged or have sore achy muscles. Since my sister has the same bike, we can ride together and have fun, it's so much fun. I can't say enough about this bike. You will NOT be disappointed with this purchase, it is an awesome stationary bike and I'm so thrilled that I got it!! Oh, I forgot to mention, it also comes with resistance bands, two up front for the arms and one in the lower back for the legs and it also has a nice monitor up front with all the info, distance, heart rate, speed, timer, calories, odometer, and you can reset it all every time you go for a ride. For people like me with lower back problems, it also comes with a really comfortable back rest and arm rest so you can ride comfortably upright without bending over the bike, so happy with that feature. It's very well made, nothing cheap at all. The seat is very comfortable also. I look forward to going on a bike ride everyday now and hopefully getting into better shape!! Thank you Amazon!

I already have a treadmill, but wanted something a little easier on my knees. This is great, sturdy quality, that was not expensive at all, and pretty easy to put together. The seat is comfortable, with two separate, comfortable handles/grips. And let's just say it holds 180lbs in a standing position from time to time. I like the fact that it tracks time, miles, speed, and calories. The stretch bands are also nice to give your arms a workout while you ride. It makes no noise, good tension adjustability, and I like the fact that it's super easy to roll off to the corner when I'm done. I'm 4'11", so to adjust it where the seat is closer to the pedals, raises it slightly higher than I wanted, but only by an inch or two. It has good grips to hold your feet and the pin holding the seat allows movement while you ride, that I think helps prevent some strain. It's not extremely heavy, so easy to move, but heavy enough to be very sturdy, and no risk of it falling over. It's been a great investment for me and my exercising needs.

Extensive research was required for a stationary bike in my limited space. Folding was ideal, but most were not rated for my size ( 6ft and +250lbs). Decided to take a chance on this one as for the co$t it would not be a tremendous loss if it didn't work out.As other reviewers have noted, the screws and washers were already inserted loosely in the proper locations, making for just a few decisions to make with very poor installation instructions. I used a large color picture from the item's site here to determine some of the info by glance.Having used the bike now for several weeks, a few observations.1) The seat is hard, but I use it with padded bike shorts. The back rest is far too hard to actually lean against for long, but using it as more of a guide for how far to sit back is fine.2) the rollers are ineffective on carpet. May work fine on firmer flooring. I look at it as the final step of the work out to pick it up a few inches and move it about 10 feet.3) The folding action works well and is pretty easy after doing it once or twice.4) The actual intended use for this performs very well. The resistance is adequate for simple workouts. It's not going to be such for advanced spinners or riders. The ride is very, very quiet and smooth.5) the front mount workout bands are good for high rep as the resistance is low, but adequate in recumbent mode. In upright mode, I'm too close to the bands to use them. This is fine, just a different workout, to set expectations. The rear mounts bands I have not tried.6) I have not used the display and sensors, as just the act of pedaling for durations is adequate for my needs. I did insert batteries and it seems to function as listed in the description. * There is a seemingly unnecessarily loud beep when the display comes on.Overall, I am pleased with this purchase following 1 month of use and would recommend.

After ACL replacement, I needed help with rehab that was less impact than walking.This bike was perfect buy. Good price for a good workout with a machine in my own home. Very quiet. Easy to put together, took me about 40 minutes. Simple and quick to adjust height and resistance. Comfortable enough for even our 90 year old mom.

Our granddaughter has been going to physical therapy for juvenile arthritis and my daughter was looking for something that her daughter could use at home in addition to the PT. Most exercise bikes are too large for children (she is 9 and 4'3" tall).I did a search on Amazon and came across this one. It says it is rated for 4'4" up to 6'3" so I figured if it was too big, my daughter and her husband could use it for now. However, my granddaughter fits perfectly on the smallest settings, and she is able to use this bike without any issues.Once I decided to get this model, I ordered it directly from Caromix via Amazon. It was delivered in a matter of days and the box was in perfect shape on arrival. I uncrated everything and laid out all of the parts. I was pleasantly surprised that all of the nuts, bolts and screws were already in place. We just needed to loosen and remove them and then put them back when adding the parts to the mainframe. It was quite easy to assemble, even though the instructions were a bit difficult to read with the small print. It was so easy, that my granddaughter actually did just about everything, with me telling her where to put the parts and holding them while she attached everything. All the tools were included too.Once assembled, she couldn't wait to try it out. You can see the cardboard, instructions and tools were still out as we literally had just finished with the assembly when I took this picture. Her smile in the picture says it all. She said it was very easy to pedal for her in the easy setting. She was able to use the hand and foot resistant bands also, with no trouble at all. She said this machine is like the ones she uses at physical therapy, so I guess that means it is that good.It folds up to a standing position, with no need to lean it against something once folded. It is not something that a 9 year old can fold up but that is a good thing as it shows how sturdy it is. There are several adjustments that can be made to change the height, angle and tension, so it can be used by the entire family.They now have it in their house and my granddaughter is using it on a regular basis without being told to do so. She said it is so much fun, while giving her the physical therapy that will hopefully help her to get out of pain in the future.The positives I have to sum up are quality construction, ease of assembly, adjustable to different size users, very comfortable seat, adjustable tension, an LCD display monitor that gives a lot of information regarding the workout, very quiet operation, and an unbelievable value for what I paid for it. I have no negatives at all.I highly recommend this Caromix exercise bike.
