Had to send my 1st 1 back due to the poor quality of the straps and 1 ripping right off. Now the replacement is more of a headache since I'm constantly pulling the straps back around the mattress. I had to put another mattress pad over it just to be able to use it without being uncomfortable from feeling the heating coils even with my sheets on. If you want to be comfortable I don't recommend this product. It does work and keep you warm just very uncomfortable

My bedroom is so cold at night I was considering getting a heater but cannot find one that I liked. I saw this and figured I would try it. I keep so warm at night now. The thing I like most is the different temperature settings. The only thing I didn't like was there were no instructions so it took a little playing around to find out how everything worked.

I LOVE THIS!!! I sleep with this on every night. I turn the heat down and this keeps me warm all night long. The only problem which isn’t a big deal is that I had to put the feet part at the head because I don’t have a plug at the foot of the bed but it works.

We have several of these heated mattress pads. On a cold night, there is nothing like slipping into a comfy bed. No cold sheets here! Easy to control the temperature. Even the cat loves it! She curls up and enjoys it too!

The product heats the bed well, and the ability to heat one side without heating the other is very good. The main drawback that keeps me from giving it the 5th star is that the connections to the pad for the controllers are at the top of the mattress and the controller cords are too short for me to keep the controllers on the nightstand because of it. Either the controllers need longer cords or the connections to the pad for the controllers need to be at the base of the mattress instead of at the top.
