Todo bien caja golpeada. Se salvó las tablas pero. Están rayadas y donde van 4 tornillos están barridas. Solicito cambio o devolución de las tablas.

I purchased this height-adjustable desk two years ago, and initially, it worked fine. However, after about six months, I started experiencing issues with the motor—it wouldn’t adjust unless I unplugged and replugged it each time, which was frustrating but at least functional.I reached out to customer service for help, only to be told there was nothing they could do. (Fantastic support, right?) So, I kept dealing with the inconvenience because I had no other option.Now, the desk won’t adjust at all. No matter what I do, it’s completely unresponsive. I’m left with a height-adjustable desk that doesn’t actually adjust—basically, an expensive table.If you’re considering this desk, I’d recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re okay with potential motor failure and non-existent customer support.

Un escritorio casi perfecto. Es importante prestar mucha atención al instalarlo, ya que un error podría obligarte a empezar casi desde cero. Sería un 10 de 10 si el gancho para audífonos estuviera en la posición mostrada en la foto. Con los tornillos, se coloca en una posición que resulta incómoda, aunque puedes moverlo e instalar el gancho con cinta adhesiva de doble cara en otro lugar más conveniente como se ve en esta foto.

First, there are many other brands selling this exact desk for very similar price points. I went with this listing for two reasons: The soonest estimated delivery date and the dimensions illustration. I already had a 59.5" x 23.5" standing desk. I wanted something that I would be sure to be deeper than 24". Most of the other listings didn't show that measurement, but this listing confirmed a measurement of 29", so I went with this one.I bought my first standing desk 3 years ago and it was one of the largest available at the time for the money. However, it had a manual crank and the desk return wasn't attached. I still liked it, although I wasn't using it as a standing desk as often as I should've since I underestimated my desire to crank it regularly. I might've used it as a standing desk once a month... if that.Over time, I began to outgrow it with additional tech and other clamp-on accessories. Very little remaining usable space for doing real work. Certainly still great for computer stuff, but not to lay out some papers and keep myself as organized as I needed.This desk... is a godsend! First, all of my previous clamp-on accessories work. I even attached my 55" shelf onto it. I also attached my clamp-on keyboard drawer. It barely fits, but I had to remove the included hook. No problem since I have a clamp-on pen holder that also has a hook.Assembly took me a couple of hours, but it wasn't bad. I initially wasn't sure about how level the 3 pieces for the desktop surface would be, but I just decided to trust the process. I changed out one of the wooden dowels for another (you get extra parts) and as I installed the metal brackets, it was fine. It is as smooth as 3 pieces put together could possibly be. The motor is smooth and reasonably quiet. It's not silent, but it's not loud.I'm looking forward to many years using this desk! It's exactly what I've been needing!

I had a high hope for this product in the beginning. My order arrived the next day I purchased it, I assembled it today 3/4/2023 and after a very light use, the desk controller stopped working. This is not even a day. Resetting the controller by pressing the up and down keys simultaneously does not do anything. Plugging and unplugging the adapter also does not do anything.I should have bought the overpriced insurance, but I decided to write a review to warn future buyers to not go through the same ordeal as I did.I was trying to reach out to the seller but got redirected to Amazon chatbot instead and since Amazon cannot send replacement parts, I will have to return the desk.Update as of 03/23/2023:I purchased this desk early March and I received a faulty adapter that would turn on and off randomly before it finally gave out. I reconsidered giving this review a 4/5 star because of the fast and interactive response from the seller. Yes, I lost much productive time during the ordeal but it was an honest mistake that could have been prevented had a QC been done before they ship the desk.I hope the seller sees this feedback and take a better approach to quality controlling their product in the future.For future buyers, prioritize testing the electronic parts before assembling your desk in order to avoid delays and frustrations.Overall, good product, and excellent customer service!

This is a really nice standing desk. I wanted something with a sort of writing desk on the left since I am left handed.It works like a charm. The box is pretty heavy so you might need to have help getting it inside, but if you just open the top side of the box and it's laid out for easy assembly. One of my favorite parts of this assembly is that it comes together as you pull stuff out of the box.From the instructions this thing will life about 160 pounds, however, I don't know if that's true. I have a laptop, some papers and notebooks and a 24" monitor on mine, and while it moves smoothly, I don't know if I could get another monitor in it and feel good about that movement. That concern is based on the sound during a lift to standing, rather than anything else. It probably would be fine, but come on if you have over 160 pounds of stuff on your desk, you might need to reorganize some stuff.I like this desk, it's sturdy, it's comfortable, and it's one of the least expensive.

Its a good stand /sit desk for the price of $181. Does the things you expect. BUT you should know a few things. Maybe they will be a deal breaker for you, but if you are slightly handy and arent demanding a premium experience, this wont be much of an issue.1.) The motor is unrefined. Im sure it will do the job for many years of near daily use transitioning between standing and sitting. But be aware it is a little loud for such a small motor and it sounds/feels like it "clunks" a bit as it ascends or descends. Im not saying it shakes things off the desk. Far from it. But its not a buttery smooth motion either. Not a big deal for me, but something to know if you want a silky smooth and whisper quiet operation. And when I say loud I mean 50db per my phone's meter. Thats less than normal speaking volume. So its not bad, just not quiet.2.) Ok, this one bugs me a bit because I dont think it should be expected of the consumer to be capable or necessary of this for a turn key product:Some of the holes in the steel frame did not align with the holes in the wood desk. It was not possible to screw in 12 bolts. I had to dissassemble it and drill out 12 holes in the frame to enlarge them so that I was able to pass the bolts through and connect the pieces. Not a problem for me, but it took about an hour of extra assembling as well as some extra washers I had laying around. Shouldnt have been necessary.The desk is sturdy and feels solid. The motor is capable and I have no doubts everything will function without issue for years to come. It came with little clips to help organize cables underneath and boasts enough table top space to hold 2 23inch monitora, laptop, and the usual keyboard mouse as well as typical desk toys. If you can handle basic mods and have the tools then buy with confidence. If not, you might need to spend and extra 50 or 100 for a higher quality.No regrets with my purchase inspite of everything above but I cant give this product 5 stars when I had to fix QA problems.
