one of the best mixers out there. size is perfect for home baking business. easily adjustable. not as loud as some of the cheaper mixers.

So far it has been a great machine. I love that the gears are metal and not plastic. It has done the job mixing breads for a family of 7.

Not sure why this is labeled a woman's product. It fits my Costa sunglasses perfectly and the connector looks to be secure.

Really happy with this mixer. The speed settings are great, and the knobs are a brushed metal making it feel pretty luxe. The attachments it comes with also feel high quality and have decent variety. The cast iron black finish is sort of a matte and it looks really clean and sharp on the counter. Good power for bigger batches and the deeper bowl vs wider is nice as well.

These just didn't work the loops are too large diameter and don't slide smoothly against your ears. To put it differently when you're looping these on themselves around the ends of the glasses it creates these raised edges that you feel when you slide the glasses on and off against your head on both sides

My old 325watt 5 quart Kitchenaid has been struggling with kneading bread dough. I've rebuilt it once but it still sometimes would stop and hum. It's still fine for everything else, though loud. We have had it, for, I believe, over 25 years. For Thanksgiving, I made fresh bread (delicious) but had to do all the kneading by hand--this is why old-time bakers all had big muscular arms--it's a workout! The old machine will go to one of our offspring because it still does everything else better than a hand mixer, and probably any other mixer. This machine is 500 watts, and 7 quarts, and comes with the regular beater, squeegee beater for things like cake mixes, a wire whisk, improved pouring shield, and a pig-tail dough hook, a huge improvement on the old flat hook. First time making bread (NEVER go over the #2 speed!) it powered through the dough quietly and only after many, many minutes got a little warm, where the old one couldn't be run for more than 2 minutes at a time (when kneading dough) with a minute or two to cool each time. I didn't even have to do a final hand knead!Despite being bigger and stronger it actually doesn't take up much more real estate than the old one and feels a bit lighter surprisingly, although still very heavy. Lots of little improvements: A nice knob on the lifting jack handle, a better-looking brushed nickel knob on the speed control over the old black plastic one, and 11 speeds rather than ten. The pouring shield is now one piece rather than two and enclosed on top rather than open, and works very well. They even upgraded the power-takeoff locking screw and cover. Finally, they added a cord wrap when not using it.So far, the only drawback is the handsome textured matte black finish: flour gets stuck on it much more easily than on the smooth finish. I do not know if the other colors are the same or smooth, but this was the right color for our kitchen.

These are nice for the frames that have the built in holes, like the Costa Pro frames. My first order came with both loops uncropped but they replaced it quickly and the second one was as expected. I'm not a huge fan of these, as the cable just drapes on your neck and doesn't hold its shape well. I much prefer the Oakley leash with the semi-rigid cable as it doesn't look as sloppy and sits nice behind the head.

These were billed as the perfect fit for my Costa Jose sunglasses...not even close. Had to squeeze them into the arms to the point of breaking.. Not as advertised. BUT, they do work and I like them.

Read the reviews on just about every Costa’s sunglasses “leash”, and I knew I didn’t want snap swivels making constant noise in my ears, catching my hair, snagging my hat, and banging me in the head, so I picked this Costa loop retainer to try. This came the day after I ordered it, and I don’t see any issues that are described with the other retainers. This one is really low profile, isn’t stiff and hitting me on the neck or back, or snagging on anything or making a racket in my ears. This retainer is ONLY for the Costa’s with the slot cut in the earpiece at the very back end of it. You shove the loop part of this retainer through that slot in the earpiece, and loop the other end of the retainer through that loop sticking out from the earpiece and snug it up. The retainer has a little plastic snap in the middle, and you pull this snap apart to separate the two built in loops on the retainer to install in on the Costa “temple holes” or cut out slots in the very end of the earpieces on the glasses. Glad I bought this one for the Costa Whitetip glasses. There’s not a lot to it, and that’s what I wanted.
