Installed in 1996 f-350 7.3l diesel ... fit and works almost like it was actually made for just for this truck 🚚 ... time will tell ... but for now it's working fantastic !

Fit was perfect on my 1997 F350 7.3Fixed my sudden low voltage and battery idiot light illumination. Installation took about a half an hour.Working good for a couple of weeks now, can't really speak to "mileage" yet.Bought parts to rebuild the broken one for about $40 shipped. Another option if you have time, best I can tell, the slip rings are the wear item on these 3g alternators.

This bolted onto a 1999 F350 with 7.3 Diesel. The OEM mounting bracket needed some grinding due to larger diameter case. Washers could also space but would raise mounting. Also needed the pigtail to convert wiring harness. Performance test card showed 159 amps which is great for the price.
