My Pet could not get water flowing from this unit and she is used to this type of roller ball water bottles.Product was a huge disappointment but it looke good.Sorry to say. I’m returning this.

Bought for my girls rabbit. Seems to work well. I was surprised after removing a few ball the rabbit would drink water out of it. Very inexpensive for a feeder for an animal like a rabbit or hamster. Not sure how we'll it would work with a dog or cat since I don't have either.This seems like the sort of item I would see at rescue places for animals.

This was to be used for my sons dwarf rabbit, but he can't get any water from the bottle. We removed all but one of the balls in the spout and it still gets too 'stuck' for the rabbit to move to get water. If we physically push the ball and the water starts to flow, then the rabbit is good to go-but that shouldn't be the case. I think this will work fine for larger animals, perhaps even a standard size rabbit, but for the smaller ones, it's no good. The product seems durable and is a definite space saver, wish it would have worked for us.

I purchased this product for my toy breed pups. They had been drinking from a (hamster) bottle. I wanted something that I could take apart and clean, as well as something that was easy for them to use. This bottle has an opening large enough for a bottle brush, and isn’t so deep that you can’t reach the bottom. It looks really nice sitting in the floor, and the colored dome top removes easily so that you can sit the bottle down whe filling it. It holds enough for my 3 pups fresh water each day too. It took a couple of weeks for all three pups to transition to the new bottle because they had used the other for over a year. I used a little coconut oil on the roller balls in the beginning to attract them to it, as well as adjusting the amount of balls to get the right flow for them. Everything comes apart - even the ball tip - so it wasn’t a problem to thoroughly clean it each day.It is very sturdy and has never fallen over.It is a 5 star bottle. I only wish the height was adjustable to just an inch or two taller. It is probably how it is for the stability of it - which is great. And my tallest pup doesn’t mind the height at all, and my shorter pups have no problem with reaching it over the small bowl. He was the first to like it better, and never go back to the other.I would definitely purchase again, and highly recommend it for toy breeds. (I have 3 Shih Tzu - 11lbs, 6lbs, and 5lbs)
