It fits great, if you measure the size listed beforehand that helps. There is a small gap where you tie the skirt but wearing shorts under helps.

This skirt was just the right length (the person who wore it is 6’0 and it fit just fine). Four layers of fringe and sequins made it a fun skirt. It swayed when you walked, and spinning around in it, was delightful. No loss of many sequins, which was surprising.It was worn to a concert and received lots of compliments!

The skirt is cute and very sparkly in person, however, it is definitley not a one size fits all. I can tie it around my waist but the skirt does not go all the way around. Seems better to layer with multiple for a costume or to add to a festival outift.
