It's a shame I really enjoyed this mattress pad for the 30 days it lasted. It broke on day 30, can't request a return and so far contacting the seller has gotten me zero results. Please don't waste your money like I did.ETA- Just want to make it clear that the mattress pad is trash and they have done NOTHING to help AT ALL. Amazon has also done ZERO to help.

So far the item appears to be in great condition. The only drawback I can see is there are no directions included. I realize I should have enough brains to figure it out, but it would still be nice to have directions on the control units for this blanket.

I gave this 3 stars for 1 reason only. The cord coming out of the pad is too short! -It leaves ithe control way at the top of the mattress. There is no way to bring the control down to put it on the bedside table. This is extremely inconvenient for adjusting in the middle of the night.

it is temp controlled in 5 degree increments and has a timer so you can decide how long to have it on to shut off automatically. the only thng I don't ike is the cord between the pad and the controller is very short so when in bed it is hard to find and reach it incase you want to lower the time or temp or shut it off.
