Based off good reviews, I bought this for our family get together for July 4th. I even bought extra bottles of foam as we expected all the kids would be getting a lot of fun out of this. We followed all the directions, put in fresh batteries, put in one of the foam packets that came with the machine, turned it on and let it run for about two minutes. It did not produce any foam. I double checked the website for trouble shooting and removed the face to check the funnel at the back. Some liquid was coming out, but no foam. I double checked the hoses to make sure they were not suctioning to the side. Still nothing. This was a huge let down and turns out is not returnable. So now we are stuck with a machine that does not work and several bottles of foam refills. I would say, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This worked better than I expected. The price is significantly less than the other ones I saw on Amazon, and I was surprised at how well it worked. It made a TON of foam, with no problems. It was also shipped quickly. The only complaint I had is a design issue with the battery plate. In order to put the batteries in you need a long thin screwdriver to get the screws out for the battery cover plate. It took a little bit of work, and luckily we had a screwdriver on hand that would work. Just know you will need a long thin screwdriver to get the screws out.

We had a difficult time getting our screwdriver to bite the screws to remove & reattach the battery compartment. That seemed to be the greatest initial struggle.It holds enough solution to allow for extended play time which was great! It puts out a large amount of foam but the screen/face of the foam keeps falling off, even after reattaching it multiple times. Definitely somewhat of a product design flaw. This only happened when it was on and in use.

This is so easy to use. I saw some that you had to hang from the ceiling & then run a line…I wasn’t doing all that. I’m able to throw this in the car & take it anywhere. I got in on sale for $48 I think. A whole lot cheaper than the ones at Target & Walmart. Once I ran out of the foam that came with it, I just use the $3 kids bubble bath from Walmart & it works the same. My only complaint is the amount of batteries it takes. 6 D batteries. I wish I’d gotten one like this but one that plugs in. My son wants to run it 24/7 & the batteries don’t last that long. This thing is lightweight & easy to work.Update 5/13/23 It doesn’t work anymore. I drained it & stored it out of the weather at the end of the summer last year. I have messed with it a bit. It was nice while it lasted but that was only one year.
