The tire carrier with locking bracket arrived timely, was easy to install, and works as expected. I placed the tire and locking bracket on the trailer tongue versus mounting it to the trailer side based on my configuration needs.

Worked very well to secure spare on top of trailer tongue. Nice easy installation and excellent value.
