fit over the old holes on the wall, i just changed the bracket. super easy to installit felt lighter than then KES brand but works just finealso fit toilet paper roll 4.5 inch thick, may not fit larger roll though

End your family fights about which way the toilet paper should come off the roll and install this vertically. And so easy to change the roll that your teenager might do it.

Nice finish and decent price, but the allen key mechanism to attach is not so great.
