It was sized correctly and would fit either foot - did the job, keepin my big toe somewhat stabilized, not allowing it to bend while injured. Fit OK as well under my Dr. Sholls insertx.

The insoles were a little challenging inserting them into my hiking shoe but once in they don’t move. They provide the right amount of protection for my needs. I’ve tried other carbon insole that were too stiff. These feel exactly what I was looking for: firm but slightly flexible. I was also impressed that they came with
