Hammer/mallet is a little smaller than expected. The pull bar is also shorter than expected, but still a good size. This is a good beginner kit for floor install. Definitely great value for the money.

This flooring set really helps with installing lvp. The job went much quicker than not having this installation kit. Everything is well made and is vital for installing flooring.

I purchased this kit for a laminate wood plank project, multi-bedrooms and a hallway. So far I've completed one room, the largest. The tapping block is sturdy and works well, watch some videos first on the proper way to tap. The company also sent me some instructions on the best way to tap in the planks for a good seal. The heavy pull bar does an excellent job tightening up all the seams, much better than the flimsy ones that come from the big box stores. The hammer works well but the black side has started to chip. I did buy some additional shims as the 20 floor spacers was not enough for the room (two spacers for each line of plank). Overall this was a good purchase and it should carry me through the entire project.

Had everything needed for LVP project except razor but wouldn’t recommend razor/snap method anyway. The kit was well thought out and components of high quality, at least for a weekend DIY’er. Kit price much lower than buying parts separately. The profiling tool was ingenious, but never really had reason to use it. Only thing I’d add is thick pencil, as preferred making marks with that instead of markers; normal pencil leads snap too easy.
