These mittens are so warm and look great. Tested them out on my trip to Norway and they absolutely saved me when I went to tobogganing. Definitely for more frigid temps or snow usage vs my around the town gloves, but a great set to have. Worth it.

I really like these! At first I was a little nervous, seeing as how they're a bit oddly shaped, but they fit perfectly, and boy are they warm! I live in New England where we are currently having temps in the negatives (that's without the windchill), and my hands are warm as toast! These are truly the warmest mittens I've owned. I'm thrilled to finally have warm hands! They seem really well made. I've checked the stitching all over, and everything seems sewed up tight. I would definitely purchase another pair (perhaps as a gift, because these look like they will last).

Awesome! After reading the reviews I ordered a 7 ..... I have small hands but when I go to my sons football games, I normally would use hand warmers. I did not have to use hand warmers! These are made extremely well! Very pleased with purchase — would have loved the green ones! Thanks so much! Warm cozy classic! Did I say COZY Toasty Warm!

I have hands on the smaller side and it's difficult for me to find gloves that fit. I read a lot about Hestra's sizing and based on reviews, decided to measure my hand properly and go with the exact size specified on their website. The length of my hand (which they require to measure from tip of middle finger to the breaking point in the wrist where it joins the palm) is 7.5". The perimeter of my hand (which they have you measure around the widest part of the hand (approx. 2 cm above the thumb, not measuring around the thumb) is 8." This equals exactly their size 8, which they claim is a women's L and a men's M. I have never before fit in a size L women's glove - in fact, I usually only fit in an XS or a kid's large, but I figured they know best and they've manufactured their gloves a little differently. This mitten didn't fit me at all. My thumb got in and then I wasn't able to continue reaching into the mitten to have the rest of my 4 fingers properly in. It was just too big.Instead of returning for a smaller size, I decided to return altogether. They seem like they would be warm and cozy if you had them fitting properly.
