The handwarmer was DOA although the indicator lights worked and I fully charged it. Something internally wasn't right, the claim is ready in seconds and it simply didn't want to warm up even after a minute of waiting. Luckily I was able to order a replacement unit and we shall see if that one functions.Aside from that the device is nice to the touch and gives a pleasant "hefty" feeling when holding it without being actually heavy. I'm sure once I get another one that works properly it will be a valued companion for the colder days!

This hand warmer has a nice free in my big hands with the nice rounded edges. It feels like a small computer mouse and warms up pretty quick. I had mine on the highest seting and it felt decently warm without being too hot. This will be perfect for my wife who gets cold hands when we go on our winter trips and when it starts to get colder out. No real issues or complaints. It's pretty basic.

This was just perfect for working outside doing fall tasks. Kept it in my pocket when I was using both hands, which also kept my core warm, and slid it out to warm up my hands in between projects. I'll be taking this weekend to my son's soccer game. Held the charge for several hours. Haven't tested yet to see how long one charge holds but so far I'm pretty happy.
