While an instant hot water dispenser sits elegantly on your sink, the hot water tank sits conveniently below it. Designed for use with all InSinkErator Indulge Series instant hot water dispensers, the redesigned 2/3 gallon stainless steel tank and filtration system (HWT-F1000S) provides up to 60 cups of near boiling, filtered water per hour. It’s actually pretty simple. Water comes up from your supply line into our specially designed filtration system. From there it travels to the hot water tank, where it’s heated to 200°F. As the water is used, more water replaces it in the tank. With a fast recovery system, the hot water tank can deliver up to 60 cups of near boiling-water an hour. All of our instant hot water dispensers fit a standard 1.5-inch hole on the sink or the countertop and require a grounded electrical outlet under the sink. The Hot Water Tank features tool-free connections to ease installation, and includes dry-start protection for peace of mind.
