This is a great look, however, it worked for about one month and then didn't work again. Unfortunately by the time the plummber was available, the timeline for return was past. Stuck with a very expensive item.

My old unit after 8 years gave out. This is a different brand but the same brand as the heater. It didn't quite fit the counter but angling it a bit worked.

While the dispenser was professionally installed, it leaked. We followed directions for that problem and it ended for awhile. This week it started dripping some more, so we lowered the temperature. That seems to have helped.

Rated -1 star due to pricing which in my opinion is out of control!I had a slightly different style of this dispenser at my last home and used it regularly, so we knew that when we moved we would want to get another one. It took a few years to get around to it, but finally got the unit installed and operating last week and my wife and I both love it. Very handy for little things like hot tea, instant oatmeal/grits, etc. Lots of uses that you would have needed to run the microwave for in the past to heat up water. The quality on the unit is good, but I have to say that it's a LOT of money for what you get. I don't see any reason for InSinkerator to charge $300 for a simple faucet to dispense hot water, but there aren't many other options out there with similar product lines. Other than price, I am happy with this purchase. If not for the price I would have rated 4 stars.

This hot water dispenser replaced a 12 year Insinkerator unit. The old unit was still working but not as stylish as this one. The new unit works fine and is nice looking. The hole in the sink had to be enlarged just a little by the plumber.
