After I got these on for the first time, I thought sure they were made of some low-grade polyester. They aren’t and I was, in fact, surprised to find out they are 95% cotton (+ 5% spandex)! So I felt around to the back of the pack, and then I did feel the familiar soft, breathable touch of cotton. I had first been touching the front of the pants and there is all this lettering and designs on the front. If all you do is feel the front of the pants, it’s going to feel very plasticly. This will probably come off in time and likely this is why they are made the way they are - because the maker knows that a lot of these designs will come off in the wash over time. I didn’t ding a star for this, but I think you have to be aware it’s going to take a bit of time to make these “hip-hop harem” pants feel lived in.And it’s OK that there is all this thick lettering and designs on the front of the fabric… because the pants themselves are so completely breathable. If you are in a lit room and you hold one hand on the other side of the pants you’ll be able to see that hand through the fabric. I haven’t run in them yet, but I think they would be very well suited to this task.In summary, I think these are decent sweatpants and I think they’ll be great and feel great once they are broken in. All those good things aside, the sizing runs very small and you must take this into account when you order. For example, I am a 35-31 in pants and I got an XX-Large. This is the right size for me. If pressed though, one size larger would probably also work.

Love the design and was excited to use at the gym. However, the sizing is way off. My larges seemed more made for boys not adults. Consider going up in size if you choose to get these. Printed logo is quite thick and stiff with little give
