worked out just great on my leather armor to support my sword belt ,, i cut pieces to fit the body armor for more support to keep the sword belt up as it was a problem before as the sword belt fell below the armor cause of how smooth the armor was,,,, after adding these strips i have no problem anymore and it can support extra weight

I ordered 3 of these all in different colors. The width is consistent (1/4" in my case) but unfortunately the depth, the thickness of the lacing, wasn't consistent across different colors. This one wasn't as thick as I hoped it would be. The other two were acceptable.
