I git this because I didn't want to spend a lot of money but didn't want to wait for my apartments to come replace the old one. This was a fairly quick and easy install. I will caution you do be sure to use plumbers tape and install the plastic adapter BEFORE you install the faucet onto/into the sink. The plastic adapter is a softer plastic so be VERY VERY careful not to cross thread or strip it or you will be buying the replacement line on here like I did. The sprayer is quote powerful so keep that in mind it may splatter a bit. Overall this is a good buy. I've seen a lot of bad pictures of these breaking but this may be due to user abuse or intellect. This seems like a pretty sturdy little faucet and matches the stainless steel sink so it looks like it belongs. All in all I would recommend if you just need a quick fix.

I purchased this faucet to replace one in my kitchen that was leaking, dripping, sprayer didnt work, and was starting to show signs of rusting/decomposition.The plumber mentioned that this new faucet was a breeze to install, build quality was pretty good, but the instructions were in broken english or misleading. Since he was a plumber, he was just able to complete the install without the directions.The water pressure is dependent on your lines, but this Faucet showed me that I didnt have weak water pressure in my kitchen, I just had a really poor quality and possibly verge on breaking old faucet.I recommend this, the stainless steel matches my sink and appliances, and the quality feels pretty decent given the cost.Would recommend if you are handy and know what you are doing, or have a plumber available.

Forget the detailed review + edit I left before, I just can't recommend this faucet at all anymore.The sprayer head just broke off from the retractable cable! All that was holding it together was a thin-wall plastic tube! The rest of the faucet seems solid, lots of chunky metal giving it a good solid feel, but the sprayer head seems to only be attached internally to the hose by that thin plastic tube I mentioned.The spigot part is pretty big, not quite fist-sized but up there. I have a plastic watering can that I need to fill from the kitchen, and it barely gets into the space between handle and fill-hole on top. So I have to hold the can with 3 fingers, thumb on one side and 2 fingers on the opposing side. As it was filling, I was getting ready to take it off, it slipped, and the can (again, lightweight plastic, not metal nor ceramic or anything) landed on the sprayer and the next thing I know, I'm getting doused with water. I shut it off once I collect my wits and have a look.I thought maybe the sprayer popped out of its "socket" and sprayed me, still attached to the hose, but the sprayer snapped clean off and the hose was spraying me directly. A little spring and plastic "thumbtack" came flying out, and that's when I saw the irregular surface where this plastic tube snapped. So that was the only thing holding the sprayer head to the hose!I give up. It's like having a steel reinforced door with metal door-frame, only using Twizzlers as hinge-pins. If a simple plastic watering-can landing on the sprayer could snap it clean off, well, I just can't recommend it to anyone, sorry.So now I have to get a completely new faucet, for more $$$.

I purchased this Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial single handle sprayer faucet to replace an old leaking one on my laundry sink. I searched in both big box stores and online and found that most in this price range were made out of flimsy plastic and would not hold up. Consequently, I was searching for all metal construction and found that the Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial looked really good and 1/2 to 1/3 the price of a comparable Delta faucets . In fact the Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial look exactly like Delta faucets inside and out that I have in my home and the Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial is made better than the $200 Delta I have on my kitchen counter.When I opened the package, I was pleasantly surprised at the design and quality. The single stem is designed to be installed in the sink 1 3/8" center hole, but also comes with cosmetic flange to cover the two holes if you have them in your sink. My plastic sink did not have a center hole, so I used a hole saw to drill the 1 3/8" hole. The nut provided to tighten faucet down is a 3" long tubular nut that is very easy to tighten by hand without using a faucet wrench. It comes with 24" flexible metal waterlines that are color coded red and blue. Without having to buy attachment hosed it saves you $20 and a trip to a big box store in the middle of an install. The water lines come with 3/8" threaded connectors and also includes 1/2" threaded adapters if you need them.The instructions are simple as the install is very simple and effective. The performance of the Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial is great with a strong normal stream or a sprayer at a touch of a button that is great for cleaning items or the the sink. It reverts to the normal stream automatically when you turn the water off so you don't have a high powered sprayer shooting all over the place the next time you use it. The sprayer has a long hose and is counter weighted so it returns to its seat automatically.I highly recommend the Ufaucet Modern Best Commercial single handle sprayer faucet for kitchen, bath or laundry sinks!!!

I use my kitchen faucet a lot and was ready to pay $250 for a 'name brand' faucet of high quality. But as I read more reviews of Moen, Delta, etc. it seemed like a crapshoot. A high price and a name brand didn't seem to guarantee quality. They are probably all made in China now. So I took a chance on this faucet and couldn't be happier. It was nicely packaged, nicely finished, easy to install, works great and has a quality feel that makes me hopeful that it will last 5-10 years. It has a hefty feel to it. There were some nice helpful touches that made installation easy: the weight snapped onto the faucet hoses very easily and securely. It came with high quality stainless braided hoses with adaptor fittings for the most common US sizes. The mounting nut was easy to torque tightly. Instead of just a molded plastic nut, it had a high quality brass insert. Everything about this faucet suggest quality and durability. What a bargain.Update nearly a year after install: still working great. I cook and do dishes A LOT. I have skimmed some of the negative reviews and can only say that I have not experienced any of those issues. The faucet continues to work well, the finish looks good as new, it never drips when turned off. I highly recommend this faucet.Update 1-1/2 years after install. Still working great. To me, this faucet doesn't feel plasticky (as a few reviews have noted). To me it is just the right size and weight. I wouldn't want one much bigger. The valve is still working fine, no drips, the hose seats back properly in its stem. Again, I cook and do dishes a lot and this is a great faucet.
