It's difficult to slide in the picture without damaging it. Also, the picture as I slide it down, keeps getting stopped by the the weird shape opening in the back because the cut open edges are not completely flat, they stop the picture from sliding down and if you force the picture down without realizing what's happening, it'll damage the picture.

The frame is light weight and works perfectly for the picture I had. It was easy to slip the picture into the frame, no removal of the back needed.

This 8 x 10 picture frame works perfectly for a school picture.It is lightweight, thin, yet well made.Because it is plastic, it could also easily break if dropped on a hard surface - just like a glass frame.The back stand has a short span and allows for placement of the picture frame on a narrow surface.
