Funciona muy bien para mantener viva la carnada. Con una pila duracell lo usé por 5 horas y seguía bien.

Keeps live bait alive for hours in a 5 gallon bucket. I own 4 of these and use them all the time. I have one thast is 15 years old and has been to the beach and back many times. Still works!!

Excelente bomba para mantener la carnada viva. La he usado 2 veces y sin problemas, mantiene los camarones vivos.

Pero los materiales se sientes de mala calidad, hay que usarla en el plástico con el que te llega por que los componentes no están protegidos, con tantito que le caiga agua se te arruina ya que la sección de la batería y el motor están prácticamente descubiertas

Excelente aereador, produce una buena cantidad de burbujas lo que mantiene viva la carnada el consumo de pilas es muy bajo un promedio de 24 horas de uso

Yep - this bubble box does the job perfectly. Keeps my shrimp alive and well all day. I use two Duracell D size batteries and this bubble box never skips a beat. When the day is done, I take a few minutes to clean it up, dry it out and remove the batteries. Put everything back together and in a plastic ziplock bag for next time. FYI: For a sturdy re-usable bait bucket, I use an empty 25lb bucket used previously for pool chlorine tablets. It has a great screw on lid and a good handle. I drill some holes in the lid for air and an extra hole for the bubbler hose. Hang the bubble box on the outside of the bucket with the clip that comes with it, screw on the bucket lid - and you're good to go. Before using a chlorine bucket for the first time, be sure to clean it out real good with soap and water. And leave it out in the sun for a day to dry and burn off any residual chlorine. Ask for 'extra bait water' when you buy your bait. The extra volume will help your bait last longer. Great bubble box. Bought two. Gave one to a friend. Highly recommend.

ProsWorks very well as intended.Inexpensive.Long battery life.Standard sizes so replacement parts are standard fish tank gear.This will provide enough O2 to keep 2 dozen herring alive in a cooler indefinitely.ConsCase in embarassingly cheap and NOT waterproof in any way.Air hose is a little short to use with cooler.Who uses D batteries any more ? With 4AAs, this unit could be half the size it is.

Seems to work well.I have only used it once so far for large Australian salmon, it did keep them alive for awhile, but eventually having they did not have enough oxygen.Would work well for smaller fish
