Wore this for running for about 6 months at least 5 times a week. These maintain shape and elasticity. Highly would recommend these compression shorts if you live a very active or even sedentary lifestyle!

Cómodo, no lastima ni se siente cuando entreno. La concha no se mueve, y es fácil de retirar para lavarla. Solo recomiendo lavarlo después de cada entrenamiento.

Several students at our martial arts school were interested in this kind of cup, but no one knew anyone who has tried using one. I volunteered to try it out.I wore the shorts without the cup for about 24 hours. They were a good fit and they were comfortable. I put the cup in before class and wore it for a total of about two hours, including over an hour of class.In this particular class we stretched, did kicking exercises and the last half hour was full contact sparring (with gear).The cup did it's job and started put. To be honest getting in and out of the car was the only time I was really aware I was wearing it.I'll be recommending this type of cup in general and this product specifically to the other students.

Como sugerencia si eres talla grande compra una mediana, por ser talla Americana si viene algo amplio el boxer

This product is utterly useless.For starters, their sizing is all wrong. Boxers holding a cup should fit snugly. These are way way way too loose.Which brings me to the next, and far more important bit.You cannot trust these to protect you and do their job. They are boxers with what appears to be a haphazardly added pocket for the cup. No reinforcement, no bands to hold things in place, nothing. You don't can't trust them to keep the cup in place to do its job.And because they're underpants, I cannot in good conscience return both pairs I purchased because I've worn one, so I'll just use them as regular, slightly too large around the house boxers, for which the price is steep.In short: do not buy these. They are a colossal waste of money.
