The handle is too short and the wood is rough. Not comfortable to use.

works well. handle is a little thin. I would prefer a thicker more stable feeling handle. but this does not detract from its overall performance.

I didn't want a collapsible handle and I have a large shop to keep clean, so I got the 36" size mop. The first thing I did was remove the plastic clip. It's there so you can slide it down to lock the mop head so it won't swivel, but I need it to swivel so it's off.The only negative I have so far is that the strings on the mop are too short. It's tough to tie a shoe lace knot with them.
