Came with mounting hardware and extra set screws. Advise you use the paper template so it is level. Mega size roll fits with some room to spare. I was able to screw directly into stud on one side, so I needed to provide my own wood screws for that because this product is meant to be used with their anchor mounts. I broke part of the plastic pull tool they provide to pull the anchor up against the inside of the wall. You are supposed to pull the tool off when the anchor is in place. It may or may not work again to move another anchor, but since I only used one it didn’t matter.Regarding looks, it is what it is- a toilet paper holder grab bar. The brushed finish is good and it’s sturdy. The welds look good to me.

Installation location fell between two studs. I was not sure that it would be strong enough to function properly. Surprise! Mounted through drywall between studs and it works perfectly. Anchoring design is unique and very strong. I highly recommend it for those in need.

My 93 yo mother in law recently had a fall, mentioned how she gripped the sink to get up. I bought this for our powder room. I love that it isn't an obvious safety bar and doubles as a toilet paper holder as well. It is very sturdy and looks very modern.

The seller does not say that VAT is payable by the purchaser. So in addition to the delivery charge at the time of purchase, you get hit with a £5.75 VAT charge plus £12 handling fee from FedEx. This makes the item actually twice as expensive as the headline price. Otherwise OK.

Excellent quality and nice idea. Easy, quick mounting even a child can do, It is strange not to have to screw it to a stud. It just uses the sheet rock as a support. You will need to drill larger than the standard hole and over no stud, water pipes, or wires. It requires about a 1 1/2" hole or two. Read the instructions well. Ok for a non-DYI person. The mounts are not 16 or 24" apart. It mounts on very special supplied devices for sheetrock, but nothing like you have likely seen before. THEY claim they are stronger than three screws in a joist side but you have that option.
