I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY DAD BECAUSE HE STAYS COLD ALL THE TIME. HE IS 90 YEARS OLD. WE KEEP THIS SWEATER ON THE BACK OF HIS CHAIR IN THE KITCHEN. SO IF HE ISN'T WEARING IT, IT IS CLOSE AT HAND. GOOD FIT - MAYBE SLIGHTLY SMALLER THAN EXPECTED. LIGHTWEIGHT BUT THICK ENOUGH TO HELP KEEP DAD WARM.

The fabric feels thick yet isn't too heavy, and it is comfortable and soft. I like the overall look of the nautica brand, on this item the small logo and the white stripes are classy details that help make it less generic without being obnoxious. However there was pilling and lint right after the first wash. Turns out I was supposed to use the gentle cycle. I admit I hadn't looked, because honestly this isn't like a precious item that I want to bother doing a special separate laundry for. But it would probably have turned out better if I had.It does seem however like the pilling and lint sort of disappear after multiple washes. That is to the detriment of the overall feel of quality from when it is brand new, as it feels a little thinner and not as rich now. I don't really mind as long as there isn't lint, it still looks and feel very good, but if you want to keep it looking like new you'll have to take better care of it than I did.

Buen diseño, ha aguantado las lavadas pues muy pocas bolitas se le han hecho y mantenido la intensidad del color y aquí teniendo en cuenta un buen procedimiento de lavado.El ajuste tiende hacer ligeramente holgado pero no para recomendar una talla menor.Lo mejorable son las costuras, ni la primer lavada y se descocio del cuello y de un bolsillo. Reparado oportunamente basto y se ha mantenido bien.Deben mejorar el proceso de manufactura, así sería de 5 estrellas.

Very pleased with this sweater. It is a gift for my husband and it fits him well and looks nice on him. He likes it a lot. It is good quality. The fabric has a very nice soft feel and looks as if it will be easy to care for (machine wash and dry—doesn't get any better than that.) I buy a lot of sweaters for him because he wears them even in very hot weather, so I am always glad to find a sweater as nice as this one for what I fell is a very reasonable price for the quality.
