If your dog is inbetween sizes i personally recommend sizing down unless they're gaining weight/growing or you feel they need a little extra neck room. my girl fits into both sizes M and L but the L, despite fitting nicely, folds up between her shoulders instead of laying flat.only con i have is the D ring spins around on the chest plate. otherwise this has been good for helping her up and down places, picking her up, pulling her away from something/holding her, and putting patches to get people to stay back from us.

This is great, strong and reliable, clasps on last harness from an alternative snapped catapulting me across road, 8 foot, luckily traffic was blocked so no harm done other than pride.this one is not going to snap with the steel D rings. grab handles though need addressing, they are far too small, 3 finger width with tactical gloves. Need to be thicker and bigger. all and all though happy with buy. just not 5 star happy due to handles.

I recently adopted a Dobie girl in my life, she was previously in a neglectful home so training her and earning her trust has been a bit difficult. She's underweight but still has that broad doberman chest, which made finding a good vest for her nearly impossible. I love this vest, I was able to adjust it perfect for her...it's a bit loose around her stomach but I believe after she gains some weight- it will be perfect! I love that it adjusts so well, this is a vest she can grow into as well. Seriously..this is the vest you want to get! The quality is unmatched, trust me...I have tried several different brands and I promise you - there is not a single one in store or online that could compare to the quality and durability of this product at the price that it's at. She is totally comfortable in it and seems to do better on leash with it as well. I love all of the room for patches, as she's still learning to trust humans..I love that I was able to apply 9 sizable patches (one that they included for free!) onto the vest without any issues. The vest adjusts perfectly, it's so easy and quick. Though my girl is only 5 months old, she's very strong! This vest gives me the peace of mind knowing she's safe and secure. I have a 75lb American Pit Bull Good/Bad Boi rescue that needs to be secured at all times. This harness is the answer #1- 3 metal buckles, very secure! #2-3 heavy duty metal loops for leashes. I've used all 3 at one time to just 1 because he is always leashed with minimal pronged training collar (fyi Ive had him on a un pronged training collar...not effective in controlling him when excited he is still in training) #3- in the car the 3 point harness is excellent in securing him with the doggie leashes I found dog seat belts become unbuckled. Only one side up around the neck of the harness has a buckle the other side has velcro about 2-1/2 inches wide around the neck and chest, I was worried about that portion staying secured because he is muscular and chesty. It has not failed at all even when the kitty wont move from the walkway. #4- The material the harness is made from very heavy duty material I have the black. It can be stiff my dog wears it during the day but sleeps naked i want him to be comfortable and not chaff. Straps are ajustable to conform to his body i found sometimes finding a well fitted harness is like finding a suit for a bodybuilder this is his third harness. The harness checks all the boxes for a secure strong high quality harness. Lastly, plenty of area for patches my patches are reflective for safety. I would purchase again.
