As a new bike rider, I was looking for full coverage, comfortable shorts to ride longer distances. These 4D Padded Cycling Shorts met my needs. They include a padded crotch, zippered pockets, and full bottom coverage. I enjoy riding in these shorts.

I haven’t had a chance to ride with them on yet. I will be doing so this weekend. But they fit well and seem comfortable. Good quality. I would recommend

The quality was good, And I wanted to love these, I'm 5'6" and just under 200lbs. The legs seemed tight even though the waist fit, So the padded crotch/butt area was always sagging down so it was a hot mess of a biking situation that left me frustrated and uncomfortable.

These shirts are very comfortable and the padding is effective. I especially like the zippered pockets and the looser outside shorts over the form-fitting “inner” shorts.

The waist band was extremely comfortable, like a yoga band fit, and stayed in place when wearing. The chamois was a bit more than I liked, but I may take them out and use them for hiking shorts. The pockets accommodated my iPhone Pro Max. The zippered pockets are a plus as you don't want to lose anything from your pockets while biking.
