Having measured them with a tape measure, I think a 31" at a push 32" inside leg is more accurate. But also, the material is not suitable for work unless you work in a 1990s-themed retro centre. The fabric looks like and feels like shell suits.I've reviewed many clothes on Amazon, but I think this is the first time I have given a 1-star review for trousers, sadly.

These might be a little too thin for freezing temp winter rides but they are awesome for chillier rides where shorts wouldn't work. Due to how thin they are, I'd recommend using cycling shorts/liner underneath. I appreciate the variety in sizes. I'm a tall and thin cyclist so I tend to have issues with apparel that go by small/medium/large sizing. These fit perfectly. The foldable reflective leg cuff is very nice too (I hate having to use Velcro leg straps).
