Choosing the Right Size
The PetSafe Screen Pet Door is available in 2 sizes. Use the following steps to select the best size for your pet.
- Measure Width: Measure the widest part of your pet's body - either the chest or the hips. Add 2 in. to this measurement.
- Measure Height: Measure your pet from the top of the shoulders to the bottom of the chest or belly - whichever length is greater. Add 2 in. to this measurement.
- Compare Measurements: Check the chart below. If the pet's width and height measurements (+ 2 in.) are less than those of the door, you're all set.
Options to Fit Your Family
PetSafe Pet Screen Doors are great for cats or dogs. If you have a multi-pet household, select the door that will fit your largest pet.
The Small Pet Screen Door features sliding locks that allow you to restrict pet access when needed.
The Large Pet Screen Door features added screws to reinforce the frame, so it stays in place even with frequent use by larger pets.

J'ai acheté cette chatière pour mon moustiquaire et c'est vraiment chouette pour le chat il peut rentrer et sortir sans besoin qu'on lui ouvre la porte.

Fácil de instalar. Compre la grande aún que mi perrito es pequeño (pesa 5 kgs) , para que me sea más fácil enseñarlo a entrar y salir

La compré hace tres años y medio y todavía está en excelentes condiciones. La malla de mi casa era delgada y se zafó, así es que es necesario que en la que se instale sea resistente, aunque en la descripción dice que se instala en las pantallas existentes en su hogar. Si la malla es débil se va a caer, como me ocurrió a mí. Excepto por ese detalle, estoy sumamente satisfecha con ella.

No engancha bien con un mosquitero súper delgado y flexible, las piezas que embonan se dañan fácilmente. No lo recomiendo.

Me gustó mucho. Los materiales son buenos y es extremadamente fácil de instalar. Tuve suerte que el marco de mi ventana era negro también por lo que no se nota mucha y da buena apariencia. Me costó un poco al inicio que mi perro la usara porque le daba miedo, pero con el tiempo se acostumbró y ahora hasta sale y entra corriendo. Compré el tamaño grande aunque mi perro es muy chico, apenas pesa 2.5 kg y siento que le quedó bien.

El producto es bueno, mi perrita es grande y puede entrar "bien" pero si entra rápido, se cae el mosquitero. :(Mi mosquitero es frágil y no lo recomiendo si es así, pero esta genial el producto. Se tardan en acostumbrarse a entrar, pero no es algo que no puedan aprender.

This is my review of the PetSafe Pet Screen Door.Spring is here and once again the pets are wanting out. Then back in, then out................ The screen door is getting quite the workout as is our nerves.I wish PetSafe had this in a medium (was not available, ANYWHERE) size but it works just okay for Fido and Kitty. Install today was super easy and took all of about 15 minutes. Right now we are doing training on the pets with door taped open for them and then once they have that down, the doggy door position comes down too.There may be a bit of a tricky part to the install. If your door screen is nylon, then use a designated groove (see manual) in the frame of the doggy door. However there is a second pictured groove and that is for use if your door screen is metal. Very self explanatory and easy.Recommended.UPDATE: May 17, 2018The door has required 4 removal/replace to adjust and repair. Today the dog came through all excited (doorbell) and took the door right off the screen! The first install I did was too low despite holding down the cat and dog to measure shoulder height. Lots of scratches later, I had to move the door up 1.5 inches which is now better. I think it is as good as it will be now.UPDATE: June 1, 2018 The door keeps popping out of the screen so will try some tiny bolts I have to retain the door or better yet, install an acrylic piece along the base of the patio screen door to strengthen the whole install.UPDATE: June 19, 2018 HUGE THANKS to fellow reviewer Olivia. It was her review that suggested using screws to clamp the two halves together. The screen door fell apart AGAIN yesterday so got some tiny 6/32 hex nuts and bolts. Drilled a 1/8 inch hole in 6 places around the door and able to tighten it down really well. This will cure the issue.

Got the large one for our Cavalier. Can’t imagine the small would have worked. I didn’t have the option to take down the door screen to install it so fixed it while it’s in place. Was easy and took few minutes. I put it, cut the door screen inside, removed it and folded the edges of the screen then put it again and it works fine so far.
