I got these collars when my cat was a kitten and she has worn them on/ off (mostly on) for the last 2 years. The orange one had a much shorter life span as the leather on the inside seemed to fray off and annoy her when on, but the purple one lasted up until recently when the leather just started coming up. There was enough room with the collars that she could slip them off if need be, but fit well enough that she wouldn’t try to bite it off.

The cat seems to be unbothered, the material is durable, already using it for couple of months and it is as good as new

The collars are very cute and crafted well, but I have a younger cat with a smaller neck, so there is a longer tail. She has found ways to get her teeth onto, and nibble it, for which it is not very durable. We have only had this product for a day, so I think the nibbling will be a problem long-term if we want these collars to last a while. A way to fix this issue of a loose tail, is to move that fastener over, and make it adjustable so that you can slide it down the collar to secure that tail down - that would most likely prevent nibbling. This could be done DIY if you fasten an elastic around the tail.

Das Halsband trägt mein Kater relativ gerne. Eigetlich mag er kein Halsband und ruiniert alle. Mit dem kann er sich aber recht gut arrangieren. Das erste Halsband, wo er sich nicht städig kratzt.
