First time owning an electric anything for my bed- very happy. I like the dual sides as I’m a cold/ hot sleeper. One side is cold. The other side is hot. Perfect for my use. Quality is great.

I wish I had bought a heated mattress pad years ago. This one is great. It has really improved my sleep quality as I have chronic fatigue-like symptoms and seems to help the circulation in my back and legs.It goes on over my mattress (over the mattress protector) below the fitted sheet. It has two zones with separate controllers. I keep one side warm on a three hour timer and the other side warmer on a six hour. I crank up the side where I have chronic hip pain and read for an hour. Then I turn it down and try to sleep.An unexpected bonus is being able to keep the heat down in the bedroom. I have barely needed to use my mini split this winter.Note that the top is slightly quilted but still fits under the fitted sheet without any issues.

We live in an older home so our room is always a little chilly. Having this electric blanket has just made it so much nicer when getting into bed. It’s nice because it has a timer so you can set a timer for a few hours and when you fall asleep, you’ll be nice and toasty.

Heats up fast, love the flexibility in time settings. Each side plugs into its own outlet. If you like the room pitch dark, you may get annoyed by the light that it gives off. Doesn’t bother me any, but my spouse sleeps with something covering it.

UPDATED COMMENT: Before I could order a replacement, the company reached out and offered to send me a replacement at no cost. Who doesn't love great customer service? I received the package 2 days later and put it on pur bed immediately. Clearly must have been a flook with the first one. All the features I listed below still hold true and this one definitely seems to cover a bit more heat towards the edges. Had i received this one originally, I would've given it the 5 stars I've updated to today. I would give extra for customer service. Thank you very much for making it right!ORIGINAL COMMENT: After putting this queen size mattress warmer on the bed, I requested an exchange. It fits great, stays in place, has a pocket for the cord into the cover at the bottom, cords are plenty long enough, heats very quickly, controls work well and easy to select, can not really feel the coils unless you are really trying to. Reason for exchanging it: on the one side, the coils do not heat up closest to the edge. You can feel it's just the last few rows but it's enough to have to shift towards the center of the bed a bit. It's only one side so I'm thinking maybe a disconnection or pinch of the coil somewhere in that location. Otherwise, it works well so I'm exchanging it for a replacement. I will adjust my rating, hopefully to a 5 once I try the new one.
