I have the Rode Lav version of this previously, which fit my Rode Go mics just fine. I initially thought this was a white version only, but this is for the version two of the rode mics (Square), so it's a bigger hole and the mic tends to slip out...but prefer the snugger fit of version one, so keep in mind which mic you have. You have two clips included that can slip out, but you can use them to SNUG the mic into place if it's loose as well.I'm not knocking points off for that, but wish it were more obvious and not fine print. I'll mention it so people are reminded to double check. But these are ok and a good alternative to the sticker only versions of windcovers that leave residue on your mics and sometimes you need to put on a wind protector to have them fit and risk tearing your mic cover off...ugh...at least now you have a protective mic coating. The stickers aren't the best, but they're proprietary, so I'd just get medical gauze to refill. The stickers do hold, but stuck to my shirt really tightly and tore off when trying to peel off my shirt and now I have to wash it.

Bubblebee absolutely nailed it with this lav concealment kit. I’ve used a lot of mic-hiding solutions over the years, and these are hands-down some of the best. The Lav Concealer fits the RØDE Lavalier II like a glove, and the different mounting options—tape or clip—give me total flexibility on set. The tape is skin-safe, holds strong, and doesn’t leave glue on the mic capsule, which is huge. Most importantly, it really cuts down on rustle and clothing noise. Everything stays organized in the included case, which is a nice touch. This is now a permanent part of my sound bag.

This is a useful starter kit for Rode Lav II mics. Because these mics have a cubic shape to them instead of the usual cylindrical shape, it is nice to have accessories that work on that shape. Comes with a starter set of tapes, moleskin, etc. These are consumables and if you use them frequently, you are going to have to buy a lot more. This is just a sampler set. Why they charge $35 for a sampler set is beyond me, but they have a brandname and the products are good. I guess when you have something unique and useful, cost goes up. Anyway, overall, it is a well made set of starter accessories to mount and hide the Rode Lav II, but I wish it wasn't this expensive. Quite frankly, I wouldn't have gotten it but for the vine program that offers products for testing.

I use this Mic Hiding Kit from Bubblebee with my R0DE Wireless Pro's Lav II lapel mics. This is the perfect addition to that kit as it includes Pro grade mic stabilization and noise proofing as well as some of the best body tape I've ever used.The included case is smartly designed and incredibly useful. I now have several of BubbleBees mic products with their cases, I throw a label on each case and can quickly find what i'm looking for.I can easily highly recommend this great value Mic Hiding kit from Bubblebee Industries.I will update this review if anything changes within 1 year. A 5-star rating indicates the product meets my expectations for its purpose.
