Tried some other brands/styles (sent them back because too stiff, too narrow at the toe) and returned to these. The shoe was updated and I had to go 1/2 size up (8.5 womens) to get the same fit. The laces are shorter so not so much tucking. I use these for 100m, 200m and 400m competitions as a very senior sprinter (W75+)

i love these shoes. i run track and they are super comfortable and the spikes included in it are super sharp. very true to size but it may take some practice putting them on. amazing quality
