Lets you winterize your inboard engines, generators and air conditioners as simply as a stern drive. Made a good seal on all water intakes on my Trojan F36. I used a barrel for the antifreeze with a submersible pump. Also an inline valve on the hose to meter the flow and reduce spillage really helps make it work smoothly, would recommend that.

We confronted two problems trying to supply ethanol free antifreeze to the water intake on the underside of our hull. By chance a brace on our trailer was directly under the intake which required angling it against the intake’s grill. Secondly our hull had a 1/4” high circular rim around that intake that was a bigger diameter than the interior of the rubber cup. We really jammed it up against the hull and though it leaked, the impeller pulled in 6 litres after warming up on a feed of lake water.
