Very well made and very functional. The design allows for things to fit well and organized.

Went to Alaska in 2023 and needed to bring 2 Mounjaro pens. While it was snug, they both fit and it was still cool when we got to Anchorage. This medicine isn't as temperature sensitive as some, so can't comment as to exact temperature. Was very happy with this.

This is a hardsided case, highly protective of its fragile contents, which is what I need. I ordered 3 other cases, some more expensive and all were soft-sided and squishy. Maintains proper temperature for close to 24 hours.

I picked this color because it was the only color that would deliver the next day. I was pleasantly surprised the color is a deeper purple than the one pictured. Sturdy little case. I haven’t used it yet, so so far it seems like a great purchase to carry my meds onto the plane.

I got bought this to be able to take my insulin to an upcoming wedding this month. I was able to do a test run on it for a Labor Day cookout. We were there for approximately 5 hours and when I got back home, I opened it back up and the ice packs were still frozen solid. I was kind of shocked after reading a lot of the reviews that said that the ice packs thawed too quickly. Huh? They were frozen like I had just taken them out of the freezer. So, in my experience, I kept the cooler in my purse pretty much the entire time except when I needed it. I was sitting in a shaded area and not in direct sunlight (my purse was black too), but it was about 85°, no humidity and I kept the ice packs in the plastic bags they came in.My only concern was that there was condensation on the outside of case, not much, just a little, so it is not insulated. That was the other thing that kind of shocked me since it stayed frozen the entire time. Also, I rode my scooter in direct sunlight, black purse exposed, pacing next to my husband which was about a 30 minute walk/ride.I recommend it, but I would suggest that you keep it in some kind of bag or purse if you are taking it somewhere in the summer months for extended periods of time. I am confident that I won't have any issues with it for at least 8 hours up to 12 if needed during the summer. It gives me piece of mind that my insulin will not go bad as long as I am not careless and expose it to direct sunlight. After all, it isn't insulated like a beer cooler, it has a reflective interior and the outer shell is hard and durable. I got the purple case and the color is a little darker than the picture which I hoped it would be.I am very happy with it and I wouldn't recommend putting your glucometer in the case due to the condensation build up. I carried that separately.
