I want to pitch these up onto my awning (which I can't stand on) and roof (which is very steep) to deter the pigeons that dance around and make quite a ruckus up there. But they are not like the rubber snakes of my childhood that were snake-like all the way around. The underbelly is not there. Sure... maybe they are more stable that way, but when they land after lobbing them on the roof may mean they don't look like snakes at all. Disappointed. If used on the ground, they work fine.

Used them to scare away cats who like to sit on patio furniture. Last 2 months before they started falling apart

The snakes are fun toys. Soft rubber, not very realistic coloring but that’s fine with me. Seem like good quality after only having them a day. Purchased in hopes of keeping chickens off the porch but did not accomplish that goal

The snakes arrived on time and as described on the website. We ordered these rubber snakes to ward off a male blue bird that has been attacking our front windows for about six months now. He makes an awful mess on the outside of the glass as well as ledge of our windows as he pecks at the glass. There are three windows across the front of our home and he just goes from window to window. The interesting thing is that we have had a blue bird house about 50 ft. from the windows for over 10 years and this is the first time we've had this problem. We've tried everything inside - bird decals, moving flashy paper objects that turn inside the window with no success and then someone suggested a fake rubber snake on the windowsills. This crafty blue bird picked up the snake and dropped about six inches in the bushes in front of one of the windows. We have tried almost every snake in this package and he has picked them all up and dropped them on the ground. The snakes are realistic looking and should work but evidently our blue bird is too smart for our attempts to alter his behavior. Very crafty and fascinating if he didn't make such a mess! our next step will be to take down the bird house. Too bad as we've really enjoyed it until recently.
