Heavily coated with plastic. Not for the summer. Will be fine for the winter. One upper pocket is really not usable due to the configuration for pens. Wondering if I washed it would it be better. It's just stiff and not breathable. I do like the size of the bottom pockets and the way the reflective strips are placed.

The design is terrific with the zipper front which is not fully to the bottom or top, giving you more flexibility. Love the pockets to safely hold a phone and other small items needed frequently. I use this vest for my grocery store home shopper job which includes delivering groceries to cars.

I wish that there was a little bit of stretch to this. I expected it to be larger considering it was a xxl. I won’t be able to wear this with a jacket on in the winter. It works for now as is. I do like the zip, space for pockets and a place for a pen. Just wish it was a bit bigger.
